I was extremely disappointed to know my floorsnwefe done and my fridge was clean but nit out back together. I asked for a 5 hour clean on an empty townhouse. I cleared all the rolms as she did them. I asked her to please do kitchen as she stated was running out if time , so she i said tske as long as you need. Its 1100 sq ft my floors werent done upstairs, now was my bathroom or bedroom. I

Hi Kathy,
Seeing a review like this is extremely disheartening. I'm sorry to hear that you felt disappointed in the clean.
I stated to you that this would be more than a 5 hour job. In which I even offered to stay late and did indeed end up staying an extra hour- making the total 6 hours. The townhouse was quite a mess with lots of debris all of over the floors. I did complete the kitchen, and I completed the fridge as well. I had the shelves out to let them dry. I even phoned you at the end of the clean to inform you of what had been completed and what still needed to be cleaned. If you needed a cleaner for longer than 5 hours, you need to book it in as that. Move Out cleans are time consuming.
We had also spoken earlier about there being a price difference- as you had originally booked it in as a "One time deep clean"- when this was in fact a "Move Out Clean". We communicated back and forth over the chat feature on here and I asked you several questions regarding the clean.
We spoke about the fact that you couldn't supply the cleaning items needed and therefore I would bring them. There is also a price difference involved here as well. Which I was very upfront and honest with you about.
I worked extremely hard yesterday to help you move out of your place. You had mentioned that you had been working many nights and couldn't find anybody to help you out. After meeting and getting to know such a lovely person and knowing how hard I worked yesterday, seeing a review like this is a bit of a slap in the face.
Kathy, after you had to finish cleaning the rest of the townhouse, I truly hope you realized how time consuming it was- and how much attention and deep cleaning it all needed. I truly wish you the best of luck with the rest of your move. 3 months ago - Kamloops

Charity did an amazing job cleaning our home before we had guests arrive. The house was absolutely spotless. She has an excellent work ethic. She used her time efficiently and was punctual. She also has a friendly and warm demeanour, and was professional throughout. I highly recommend Charity’s services!
