Over the past years I have had three housekeepers in total. They have all cleaned my house in 3 hours. She did not finish. She did not clean my living room or dining room nor did she wash my stairs or foyer. I had to ask her to help me with my bed as I have a bad arm. Both the bathroom sinks were not cleaned behind the tapes. She said she cleaned my kitchen however the counters were not wiped. I know from past housekeepers and myself that my house can be cleaned in 3 hours

I'm sorry that you feel that way. All other customers that I've cleaned for have been very happy with my cleaning. You can see this on my profile as all of my ratings are 5 stars- except yours.
When you arrived home at around 8:45am, I did inform you that this clean would take longer than 3 hours. And I told you that I was not able to stay later than 11:00. This was booked in as a "One time deep clean," therefore, I was doing just that- deep cleaning- in which takes time. If you are looking for "recurring cleans" then you need to book in for that. I did not clean the living room, dining room, and foyer as time simply did not allow me to do so... not because I didn't want to, as you have made it sound.
Kindly please do not book me in again, thanks.
