Overall we're disappointed with the service. The following items need to be done by us on top of this now:
- Vacuuming (quite a bit of debris, saw dust, and other stuff under couch that wasn't vacuumed at all). I'm guessing she used the power cleaning vacuum head along the edges of the floor but didn't swap to the edge tool to more carefully get the edges of the carpet. Swapping to this tool would have done a much better job here I think.
- Cleaning the trim between the carpet and the floor. Around every screw hole quite a bit of dirt and hair accumulated. A quick and light scrub would have removed this.
- There's a noticable large coffee stain drip down one wall under the dining table. The coffee pooled on top of the baseboard beneath it. That wasn't cleaned.
- The baseboards all require a really good wiping with a wet cloth. We'll have to do this ourselves.
When Malladee arrived, she noted she most certainly should not require the full 4 hours. So I'm surprised these things weren't more carefully done given she had ample time.

Really appreciated that her booking and availability were flexible. She was perfectly on time, brought everything with her, and she managed to get everything I ask for done in just two hours (and she did it very nicely).
